Administrative Sales Coordinator

This position is based in SCI’s Irvine office. The Administrative Sales Coordinator thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and provides robust administrative support. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative sales support and reporting for SCI teams and manufacturers.  
  • Operating the telephone console. 
  • Maintaining company calendars. 
  • Meeting and event coordination support. 
  • Cross training with the administrative team. 
  • Assisting with special projects in support of the sales, management, and administrative departments.

Skills & Proficiencies

  • A college education with 2+ years of related work experience is a plus. 
  • Possess the ability to collaborate and present effectively in group settings.
  • Should be adept at adjusting work pace and tasks to meet evolving needs and strict deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor. 
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems. 
  • Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills which will help the individual coordinate among different divisions.
Compensation & Benefits

SCI will provide a comprehensive compensation package commensurate with your experience and qualifications. SCI also offers a 401K program, profit sharing, and a competitive health insurance program which includes dental and vision. The salary range for this position is $35K-$75K annually.
